Kadima is a community built on volunteers and active members.

Kadima committees range from one-time events to year-long programs. Volunteer projects range from a committee chair position to setting up and cleaning up at Kadima events.

Some of the current committees include committees on Ways and Means, the Auction, Sunday School, Adult Education, Mitzvah Corps, Ritual and Liturgy, Chavurah, and the Library.
